Hi, I’m Archana Maliyackal

Product Manager in Munich, while also coaching professionals — from expats starting fresh, to individuals returning after a career break, to mid-level managers feeling stuck or uncertain.​

I began my career as a software developer, building features and fixing bugs but often second-guessing myself. As an Indian woman who worked in the U.S ,Netherlands and Germany I found myself wondering: "Is this the right path for me? Am I growing fast enough? Do I even belong in this role or industry?"

Navigating different cultures taught me that growth isn’t just about what you say - it’s about owning your story, trusting your instincts, and showing up fully .That’s when my growth truly began-evolving into a team lead, stepping into management, and later guiding others as an Agile Coach.

For 8 years, I helped teams navigate change, but what fascinated me most was the human side of work — mindset, self-doubt, and the invisible barriers we build for ourselves. That curiosity led me deeper into coaching, especially helping people overcome limiting beliefs and gain the confidence to grow.

Then came another restart — I moved to Germany as an expat and a mom, juggling family life and re-entering the workforce in a brand-new country. It wasn’t easy. I faced new challenges: isolation, cultural gaps, and rebuilding my career from scratch.That journey led me to transition into Product Management, where I now work in Munich, blending my experience in tech with my passion for people.

I support people in taking meaningful steps forward — whether that’s rebuilding confidence, exploring new career directions, or growing into leadership roles with clarity and purpose.
